Please note that the icon in the "Themes Pro" application will not change your actual application icon. These icons are custom shortcuts applied using bookmarks or shortcut commands.

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you-so please make sure to read these terms carefully before using the app. You may not copy or modify the application, any part of the application or our trademarks in any way. You are not authorized to try to extract the source code of the application, nor should you try to translate the application into other languages or make derivative versions. The application itself and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it still belong to MMC.

MMC is committed to ensuring that the application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or charge for its services at any time for any reason. We will not charge you for the application or its services without clearly stating that you are paying.

The Themes Pro application stores and processes the personal data you provide to us in order to provide my services. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your phone and access applications. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone. This is the process of removing software restrictions and restrictions imposed by the official operating system of the device. This may make your phone vulnerable to malware/virus/malicious programs, thereby compromising the security function of your phone. This may mean that the Themes Pro application is not working or not working at all.

You should realize that MMC is not responsible for certain things. Certain functions of the application will require the application to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but if you cannot access Wi-Fi and do not have any functions, MMC will not be responsible for the failure of the application. If you use the application outside of the Wi-Fi area, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. Therefore, your mobile service provider may charge you data fees or other third-party fees during the connection period during your access to the application. MMC is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses suffered by you completely relying on the functions of the application.

Regarding the customized service you purchased, after you purchase the customized service, you can use the theme, wallpaper, icon, etc. marked with Free for VIPs during the customization period. If you unsubscribe from the service, you cannot use the previously downloaded tape Themes, wallpapers, icons, etc. marked with Free for VIPs may not continue to use themes, wallpapers, icons and other content services marked with Free for VIPs until you re-open the customized service.

At some point, we may wish to update the application. The app is currently available on iOS-the requirements of the system (and other systems we decided to extend its availability) may change, and if you want to continue using the app, you will need to download an update. MMC does not guarantee that the application will always be updated so that it is relevant to you and/or used with the iOS version already installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept the update of the application when it is provided to you. We may also wish to stop providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without giving you a termination notice. Unless we inform otherwise, after any termination, (a) the rights and license granted to you by these terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the application and (if necessary) delete it from the device.

Changes to these terms and conditions

We may update our terms and conditions from time to time. Therefore, it is recommended that you check this page regularly to make any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on this page. These changes take effect immediately after being posted on this page.
